Changing a filter you bought from us? Film it on your phone and send it in. Every video we accept earns $10 in Filters4You store credit toward your next order.
What to film
- The housing or unit before you start, so people can see what system it is.
- Turning off the water (or unplugging the purifier) and opening the housing.
- The old filter coming out, next to the new one.
- Checking or replacing the O-ring, then the new filter going in.
- Closing it up and turning it back on.
Hold the phone sideways, keep it steady and film in good light. 30 seconds to 3 minutes is perfect. Talking is welcome but not needed, and you don’t need to show your face.
The rules
- $10 store credit for each video we accept. We look for a clear, real filter change of a product from Filters4You.
- Up to 2 credits per customer in any 12 months. Credit is added to the account for the email you use, within 7 days of acceptance.
- Store credit has no cash value and expires 12 months after it is issued.
- We may not use every video. Videos that aren’t accepted don’t earn credit.
- Please leave out house numbers, faces of other people and anything personal.
