Shipping Policy

Shipping rates

Orders of $35 or more ship free to the 48 contiguous states. Orders under $35 ship at a flat rate based on the destination: $6.99 to Eastern states, $7.99 to Central states and $8.99 to Mountain and Western states. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii or US territories.

Where we ship from

Orders ship from our warehouse in North Carolina. Most orders leave within 1 to 2 business days of being placed, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Made-to-order parts

Some parts, such as O-rings marked "Ships in 3-5 business days" on the product page, are prepared to order and leave our warehouse within 3 to 5 business days. If your order also contains in-stock items, we may ship them together once everything is ready, or send the in-stock items first.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 3 to 6 business days after your order ships, depending on your distance from North Carolina. Larger orders and multi-case orders may ship in more than one package.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take a few hours to show movement after the label is created.

Subscribe & Save orders

Subscription deliveries ship free in the 48 contiguous states on the schedule you chose. You can skip, change or cancel a delivery any time from your account.

Address problems and lost packages

Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. If a package shows delivered but has not arrived, or has stopped moving for more than five business days, contact us and we will trace it with the carrier or send a replacement.

Outside the United States

We do not currently ship outside the United States through this store. Contact us if you have a specific request.
