Shipping Policy

Free shipping across the continental United States

Every order shipping to an address in the 48 contiguous states ships free. There is no minimum order and no shipping charge at checkout.

For Alaska, Hawaii and US territories, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the package and destination.

Where we ship from

Orders ship from our warehouse in North Carolina. Most orders leave within 1 to 2 business days of being placed, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 3 to 6 business days after your order ships, depending on your distance from North Carolina. Larger orders and multi-case orders may ship in more than one package.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take a few hours to show movement after the label is created.

Subscribe & Save orders

Subscription deliveries ship on the schedule you chose, with the same free shipping in the continental United States. You can skip, change or cancel a delivery any time from your account.

Address problems and lost packages

Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. If a package shows delivered but has not arrived, or has stopped moving for more than five business days, contact us and we will trace it with the carrier or send a replacement.

Outside the United States

We do not currently ship outside the United States through this store. Contact us if you have a specific request.
