Returns/Refunds

New and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

A valid RGA number is required for all returns. Email sales@cfsco.net with your order number to request one, and write it on the outside of each carton. Returns received without an RGA number may be delayed.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original manufacturer's packaging, materials and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts and warranty cards. The manufacturer's packaging should be enclosed inside an outer shipping box — please do not write on it or attach shipping labels to it.

All returns require a tracking number. Please email it to us once the items have shipped.

Returns for reasons other than a fault on our part — wrong item ordered, no longer needed, change of mind — are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Items that reach us opened, used, or not in their original packaging are subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%, or may be refused.

Items that arrive to you damaged, defective, or not as ordered are not subject to any restocking fee, and we cover return shipping. Contact us with photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the item or issue a full refund.

Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return being received and inspected.
