4040 Ultra Low Pressure RO Membrane – 4" x 40" Commercial Reverse Osmosis Element – 2,250 GPD – ULP-4040

The Frotec ULP-4040 is a 4" x 40" ultra low pressure reverse osmosis membrane element for commercial and light industrial RO systems, including car wash spot-free rinse, restaurant, lab and small municipal systems. Ultra low pressure design runs at up to 40% lower operating pressure than standard brackish water elements, lowering pump energy costs.

Fits standard 4" x 40" pressure vessels in new or existing RO systems. Permeate flow may vary ±15% and active area ±4% per element. Stabilized rejection is normally reached after 24–48 hours of operation.
