Replacement details
RO prefilter set from CFS covering the three prefilter positions of FILTER-MAX-ES50 and ROES-50 systems: one 5 micron sediment filter and two carbon blocks, all standard 10" x 2.5". Available as a complete set with wrench or as the prefilters only.
- Sediment filter goes first, holding back dust, particles, and rust
- Two carbon blocks remove chlorine before it reaches the membrane, protecting its service life
- Standard 10" x 2.5" cartridges
- Change all three about every six months on typical municipal water, sooner on well water
- Membrane and post filter are separate parts — this set covers the three prefilter positions
- Run water through new carbon cartridges for a few minutes before use to clear loose carbon fines
Compatible with: FILTER-MAX-ES50, ROES-50, ROES-75, ROES-PH75, ROES-UV75, ROES-UV75-SS, ROES-PHUV75, RO-45, RO-90, RO-PUMP
