• COMPRESSION MOLDED CARBON BLOCK - The coconut shell carbon is pressed into a solid block rather than packed loose, so water is pushed through the media instead of channeling around it. That contact is what reduces chlorine taste and odor, and the block also captures the fine sediment, silt and rust that come through a hose or a seasonal line. Rated for roughly 10,000 gallons at 2.5 GPM, or about a year.
• BETTER-TASTING WATER FROM ANY SPIGOT - Campground and marina water varies from one hookup to the next, and the carbon reduces the chlorine taste and odor that come through the hose - better-tasting water for drinking, coffee and cooking wherever you park.
