6 Big Blue Pleated (5 Micron) Sediment Filters for a standard size 4.5" x 20" Big Blue Housing.

Pleated filters have a larger filter surface area, longer cartridge life, higher flow rate, greater dirt-holding capacity, and lower pressure drop compared to other sediment filters. They are individually wrapped for freshness and protection during shipment.

Common uses: whole house, food and beverage, reverse osmosis pre-filtration, water filters and aquariums, fine chemicals, oil and gas, metal finishing, pulp and paper.

The filter cartridge is made of Polypropylene (PP), Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF), Polyether Sulphone (PES) or Nylon-6 (N6). It has a large surface area and good dirt-holding capacity. The body is sweat-soldered with no binder or adhesive added.
