10 Pack of Big Blue 5 Micron 20" x 4.5" Sediment Water Filter Cartridge by CFS
20" x 4.5" Big Blue Whole House Sediment Filter is made of fine melted polypropylene, blown and spun in a cylinder-like form. The main function of a sediment filter is to remove large and fine particles from drinking water, such as sand, dirt, silt, and rust particles. These filters have graded density layers, meaning the outer layers are more porous, catching larger particles, while the inner layers are a finer micron catching smaller particles. Each cartridge is individually shrink-wrapped.
This whole house polypropylene sediment filter is compatible with: American Plumber (WDGD-2501-20, 155360-43), Ametek (DGD-2501-20), Bunn (S5-30), Clack (DG2501209HC), (DGD-2501-20), Everpure (DGD 2501, DEV9108-40), Hydronix (SDC-45-2001), Liquatec (SDF-45-2001), Pentek (DGD-2501-20), ShurFlo (15-052-02), USFilter / US Filter (DGD-2501-20), Valuetrex (VX01-20BB), Watts (FPMB-BB1-20), as well as most other brands of water filters.
This filter cartridge fits most brands' standard 20" x 4.5" big blue housings (Ace Hardware, Ametek, American Plumber, Cuno, Everpure (EV9336-52 Parallel 202 Prefilter Kit with Tank), Flowmatic, Fulflo, Liquatec, Master Plumber, Omni, Pentek 20" Big Blue filter housings (#20 Big Blue), Sears, Teledyne, Water Pik and Watts).
