A 10" x 2.5" replacement pre-filter set that helps extend the lifespan of your reverse osmosis membrane. Fits 5-stage, 6-stage and 7-stage RO systems, and all industry standard sized 10-inch filter housings. This is a 6-month replacement pre-filter pack — it does not include an RO membrane, since the membrane typically only needs to be changed every 2–3 years.

1 x 5 Micron 10" Sediment Filter (1st stage, #FP15): reduces dirt, rust, sand and other particles. Replace approximately every 6 months.

1 x 5 Micron 10" Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) Filter (2nd stage, #FG15): reduces chlorine, taste and odor, using high-quality coconut shell carbon. Replace approximately every 6 months.

1 x 5 Micron 10" CTO Carbon Block Filter (3rd stage, #FC15): further reduces chlorine, taste and odor. Made of bonded powdered activated carbon media wrapped in a polyolefin pre-filter with polyethylene outer netting. Replace approximately every 6 months.
The 1st stage high-capacity multi-layer sediment filter helps reduce clogs and minimize pressure loss. The 2nd stage GAC filter uses coconut shell carbon with 1.5mm tiny pore carbon particles for filtration efficiency and filter life, and captures residual sediment so the 3rd stage filter doesn't clog as easily.
