This carbon block cartridge is suited to chlorine and chemical reduction for point-of-use drinking water and reverse osmosis systems. It also carries a dirt and sediment rating of 1 micron nominal. The extruded carbon block design allows the cartridge to perform for 6–10 months before being exhausted. The coconut shell carbon provides strong adsorptive capacity.

Also a more affordable alternative to Sears/Kenmore 34370, Watts PWCB10S, Pentek CBC-10, Omni GAC1-SS and KX Industries USA 32-250-125-975.

The double open ended (DOE) cartridge has industry standard 2.5 in x 9.75 in dimensions. It reduces chlorine, chloramines, and taste and odor contaminants. Change the cartridge every 6–10 months or upon substantial pressure reduction.
